The first official online meeting of the ROLE project, funded by the European Union, successfully took place, bringing together project partners to align on the next steps and preparations. The meeting was attended by Stefano Patarino and Fabio Velo Dalbrenta from the Conservatorio Statale di Musica Cesare Pollini in Padua, and Alfonso Guerra from the European Association of Conservatoires (AEC) in Brussels.
The meeting served as an important opportunity to share progress updates and set the stage for the upcoming kick-off meeting, scheduled to take place in Padua on 29–30 May 2025. During the discussion, updates were provided on the development of the official project website, including both the desktop and mobile versions. Progress was also outlined regarding the communication and dissemination strategy, with a focus on how the project aims to reach its target audiences effectively.
It was agreed that the full presentation of the website, the visual identity, and the communication and dissemination strategy would take place during the in-person kick-off meeting in Padua. In addition, there was a discussion about the importance of presenting the overall vision of the project in depth, covering both the library component and the film opera, with the involvement of other project partners where appropriate.
In preparation for the meeting in Padua, several immediate actions were identified. Partners will review the visual identity guidelines to ensure compliance with logo usage and European Union regulations, attending to the NextGenerationEU and PNRR frameworks.
The meeting concluded on a very positive note, with all participants expressing their enthusiasm for the collaborative work ahead and their shared commitment to ensuring the success of the ROLE project. Excitement is building towards the Padua meeting, where the ROLE project will officially launch and take its first major steps forward.
Stay tuned for more updates coming soon!
